Type your comment here. In general agreement with your comments. We played in june 07 and found the greens to be amazing considering their short lifespan. Our major critcism centered on the belief that the course played quite short and that the indicies (spelling?) were heavily favoured for the par fives. ie low index=par five=good chance of big points=warm feeling. In this respect it is similar to the resort courses of Spain, Portugal etc but this may just be the nature of golf/hotel combos. Ps We found a gem...Ballinrobe, we practically played for nothing (open fairways) and even cancelled a pre booked (and paid for) course to play it a second time. Look forward to hearing your opinion on that one. Great website by the way - very useful for planning next trip. Cheers.
